Operation Trainee – Data Center

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Operation Trainee to join our Data Center Operations team. This entry‑level position provides hands‑on training in monitoring, incident handling, and facility maintenance within a structured shift rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to alarms and alerts, escalating incidents according to SOPs and maintaining accurate incident logs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and generate regular operational and asset‑management reports.
• Participate in a structured on‑the‑job training program covering data‑center fundamentals, emergency procedures, and vendor coordination.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Cloud Computing, Data Center Administration or related fields; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong passion for the IT industry and willingness to work on a shift basis.
• Basic knowledge of physical and virtual server switches, firewalls and routers.
