Operations Associate – Retail Operations

About the role

The Operations Associate supports the store team in Hong Kong, driving profitability and efficiency across daily retail activities. Working closely with the Operations & Visual Management team, you will help ensure smooth product flow, accurate inventory and a welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximise accuracy and minimise shrinkage.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and collaborate with the Store Manager to address system or process gaps.
• Support shipment receipt, reverse transfers, sales‑floor recovery and intra‑day replenishment.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and assist with visual merchandising placement.
• Coordinate with reporting, budgeting, vendor relations and facilities to optimise store operations.
• Uphold a safe, organised stockroom and retail environment.
• Respond quickly to guest needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a client‑centric, sales‑focused environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift, carry or move items up to 10‑15 kg safely.
