Operations Manager – Cold Chain Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our cold chain logistics and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for delivering service excellence to our food & beverage clients while driving efficiency and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, aligning service delivery with expectations.
• Oversee cold‑chain processes, guaranteeing proper handling, storage, transport and compliance with food safety standards.
• Manage and develop a mixed team of in‑house staff and subcontractors, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Compliance and other cross‑functional teams to support growth and retention.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, operational restructuring and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, supply‑chain or temperature‑controlled warehouse operations.
• Proven background in cold‑chain logistics within the food & beverage sector.
• Strong people‑management skills with a hands‑on leadership style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or a related field.
• Open‑minded, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
