Operations Supervisor – Contract Logistics

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will lead a team handling daily inbound and outbound activities, ensuring smooth warehouse and CSR processes. You will coordinate with internal and external partners, maintain KPI performance, and address client issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in daily inbound/outbound operations, including CSR and warehouse tasks.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
• Supervise team members to achieve customer KPIs.
• Monitor team performance and productivity.
• Communicate with overseas customers via regular conference calls.
• Handle client complaints, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership, customer‑orientation, self‑motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
