About the role

Hong Kong Parkview is seeking a dedicated Pastry Cook (Cook A) to join its culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high‑quality pastry items and supporting food service for functions and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain food quality standards for all pastry products.
• Accurately follow and execute orders for functions and events.
• Prepare menus and meals in line with the venue’s specifications.

Required profile

• Certificate in food and beverage or hospitality management (advantageous).
• At least 1 year of experience in a hotel, clubhouse, or well‑established restaurant.
• Flexibility to work in different locations within the complex.
• Basic computer literacy.
