PD Specialist – Clinical Support & Training

About the role

The PD Specialist provides clinical support and training to customers and patients within Fresenius Medical Care’s Care Enablement segment. The role combines patient interaction, outcome monitoring, and administrative duties to ensure high‑quality dialysis care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to customers, deliver client/patient training and assist sales activities.
• Follow up patients’ status, perform home visits, and assess clinical outcomes and compliance.
• Identify trends in patient symptoms to aid diagnosis of complex conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of patient status and follow‑up activities.
• Complete ad‑hoc assignments as required.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and a valid practising certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of nephrology dialysis experience; renal certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of peritoneal dialysis experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in an international business environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate medical terminology for patients and professionals.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is desirable.
