Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Wati is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media initiatives across multiple global markets. You will own the full lifecycle of campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging channels, turning data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads and other relevant channels.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign performance, including creative briefs, audience targeting, bid strategy, budget allocation and A/B testing.
• Monitor daily metrics and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CAC, CTR and conversion rates across all markets.
• Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates and industry trends, testing new features first.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and regular reports that highlight actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create high‑converting ad creatives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and ad benchmarking to inform strategy.
• Support budget planning, pacing and monthly spend reconciliation.
• Work with growth and product teams to align messaging with landing page experience.
• Assist with influencer and creator marketing initiatives, including tracking and attribution.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience managing paid campaigns at scale.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with solid knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and awareness of TikTok and programmatic channels.
• Proven ability to analyse data, optimise campaigns and deliver measurable results.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across design, content, growth and product teams.
