Personal Trainer – Full‑time, On‑site in Hong Kong

About the role

Coastal Fitness Hong Kong is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Personal Trainer to join its collaborative coaching team. The role focuses on delivering personalised fitness programmes, supporting clients’ health journeys and fostering strong, empathetic connections.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and design individualized training plans.
• Provide precise coaching, technique correction and progression of strength, cardio and mobility exercises.
• Track client progress, adjust programmes and offer nutrition and lifestyle guidance.
• Maintain a safe, positive training environment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage personal scheduling, record keeping and collaborate with the wider team.

Required profile

• Female Hong Kong Permanent Resident.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence and ability to motivate diverse clients.
• Intermediate understanding of women’s health topics such as menstrual cycle, pre‑ and post‑natal training, menopause and hormonal influences.
• Certified fitness professional (e.g., PT) and CPR/first‑aid certification are highly beneficial.
