Physiotherapy Assistant

About the role

The Physiotherapy Assistant supports physiotherapists in delivering patient treatments and education while handling essential administrative duties within a clinical setting. This role combines patient-facing support with clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist physiotherapists in preparing and providing patient treatments and training under supervision.
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques.
• Manage front‑desk duties such as triage, outpatient registration, appointment booking, and responding to patient enquiries.
• Handle sales, cashiering, and other reception responsibilities.
• Perform clerical work including data entry, filing, and inventory control.
• Support procurement processes and other department operations.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by senior staff.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above; relevant experience preferred.
• Positive, friendly, attentive, and self‑motivated attitude.
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using clinic software and booking systems.
• Ability to handle insurance medical cards and related administrative processes.
