Platform Engineer – Cloud Native DevOps

About the role
We are looking for a Platform Engineer to design, build and operate a modern, automated, cloud-native delivery platform that supports our fast-moving financial services products.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Build and manage a modern, automated, cloud-native continuous delivery pipeline.
- Provision and maintain cloud resources used across the business.
- Ensure security, compliance and regulatory requirements for banking systems are met.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of best practices for building automated DevOps platforms.
- Experience designing highly scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
- Self-starter able to work independently and deliver projects from scratch.
- Experience integrating with HKICL and SWIFT services such as FPS and CHATS is a plus.
Required skills
- DevOps toolchain experience with GitHub, CircleCI, Artifactory and SonarQube.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Spinnaker, Ansible and Chef.
