PR and Communications Manager – Solutions Services

About the role

Lenovo is looking for an experienced PR and Communications Manager to lead strategic communications for its Solutions Services business in Hong Kong. You will shape the narrative around AI, digital transformation and technology solutions, driving executive visibility and customer‑centric storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that align with AI and Solutions Services priorities.
• Create compelling narratives to reinforce Lenovo’s reputation as a trusted technology solutions provider.
• Partner with regional and global communications, marketing and business teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 business, technology and trade media in Hong Kong.
• Design and deliver proactive media relations programmes that generate high‑impact earned coverage.
• Write, edit and distribute press releases, media alerts, executive statements and other press materials.
• Manage media inquiries, interviews, press briefings and executive engagements.
• Collaborate with external PR agencies on media narratives, story angles and integrated campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage and provide insights to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PR and communications, preferably within technology or solutions services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Strong network of contacts across Hong Kong’s Tier 1 business and technology media.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross‑functionally.
