About the role
Ingram Micro, a technology distributor serving the global IT sales channel, is hiring a Pre-Sales Consultant for HPE Networking in Kwun Tong. The role sits within the Solutions Engineering team, which works directly with partners to solve technical challenges, guide solution design and support business growth alongside sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical guidance and enablement for partners
- Support cloud, networking, AI and infrastructure solutions
- Work with sales teams on customer opportunities
- Build relationships with technical stakeholders
- Help partners strengthen their technical capabilities
Required profile
- Experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering or technical consulting
- Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud or networking technologies
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Interest in emerging technologies and innovation
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
