Presales Consultant – Chat Commerce Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Presales Consultant to join a leading Chat Commerce and Customer Experience platform serving the Asia‑Pacific region. The role works closely with the sales and customer‑success teams to translate client needs into tailored, AI‑driven conversational commerce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design customized solutions.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success Management to identify opportunities and develop account plans.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to senior stakeholders and C‑level executives.
• Create and maintain up‑to‑date sales collateral such as presentations, proposals, and case studies.
• Engage in technical discussions, address objections, and ensure clear communication of capabilities.
• Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs with competitive and persuasive content.
• Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Provide market and customer feedback to Product Management for continuous improvement.
• Support marketing events, executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pre‑sales, sales engineering, or customer‑facing consulting, preferably in SaaS or marketing technology.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex concepts into business value.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and meeting sales targets.
