Bloom KKCA Academy is seeking a Primary Homeroom Teacher for grades 1‑6 in a bilingual (Mandarin and English) project‑based environment. The role combines classroom teaching with the excitement of helping launch a new school, offering strong professional growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, student‑centered lessons that integrate Mandarin and English.
• Establish a supportive, positive classroom culture with high expectations.
• Monitor student progress closely and adjust instruction to ensure holistic development.
• Plan and lead field trips and real‑world learning experiences.
• Implement and expand the school’s positive education program as the homeroom teacher.
• Incorporate appropriate technology into lessons.
• Foster creativity through stories, songs, games, art, and imaginative play.
• Provide pastoral care and communicate regularly with families as partners.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and extracurricular activities.
