Private Personal Assistant (PA) to UHNW Family

About the role

This position supports an ultra‑high‑net‑worth Chinese family based in Hong Kong, overseeing a demanding lifestyle and extensive travel schedule across Asia, Europe and beyond. The PA acts as the primary operational anchor, ensuring seamless coordination of personal, professional and luxury‑focused activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑frequency global travel logistics, including private jet charters, luxury hotel bookings, ground transfers and bespoke itineraries.
• Accompany the Principal and family on business trips, vacations and seasonal relocations, providing on‑the‑ground support.
• Handle 24/7 lifestyle and concierge requests such as private estate arrangements, exclusive event access, high‑end reservations and personal errands with utmost discretion.
• Oversee complex, multi‑time‑zone calendars, schedule shifting appointments and leverage digital tools to optimise workflow.
• Serve as the trusted gatekeeper between family office staff, external service providers, flight crews and luxury concierges.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Mandarin, Japanese and English.
• Proven experience supporting HNW/UHNW individuals, C‑suite executives or prominent families.
• Background in luxury concierge, VIP hospitality or private aviation management is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively and maintain high availability during peak periods.
• Exceptional discretion, cultural awareness and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer applications and digital scheduling systems.
• Comfort using AI‑driven productivity tools to streamline administrative tasks.
