Private Tutor / Nanny – Early Childhood Education in Hong Kong

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Private Tutor/Nanny to provide high‑quality early childhood education and daily care for a family in Hong Kong. The role combines structured learning activities with a safe, nurturing environment, ensuring the child’s overall wellbeing while delivering full English immersion during work hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement age‑appropriate educational activities and a weekly curriculum.
• Maintain a full English immersion environment throughout the workday.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and communicate regularly with parents.
• Ensure the child’s safety, health, and daily routine are consistently met.
• Coordinate meals, hygiene, and any necessary appointments.

Required profile

• Hong Kong Permanent Resident or HK‑born (no visa sponsorship required).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid teaching qualification; CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Experience in early childhood education or private tutoring, preferably with an international school background.
• Native‑level English proficiency and a clean criminal record.

• Competitive salary of HKD 45,000–60,000 per month (negotiable for exceptional candidates).
• 15 days annual leave (10 fixed at Christmas) with flexibility.
• Pre‑approved overtime only; time‑off in lieu preferred.
• HKD 10,000 yearly medical contribution, MPF, and direct company contract.
