About the role
The bank is seeking an Officer to Senior Officer in Procurement Management to support its procurement projects and internal deliberations within the Financial and Administrative Division.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up procurement projects and review project documentation.
- Prepare internal deliberation materials and write comprehensive deliberation reports.
- Organise internal meetings and prepare meeting materials.
- Cross‑check project materials and manage the project approval process.
- Co‑operate with audit activities related to procurement.
- Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, administration or a related field.
- Experience in procurement, vendor management or supply chain; experience in a financial setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities with strong analytical proficiency.
- Team player capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
