Procurement Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities within the pharmaceutical sector. The role focuses on supplier selection, relationship management, cost control, and risk mitigation to ensure a reliable supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Select, evaluate, and develop potential suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct performance evaluations.
• Control purchase costs and manage procurement-related risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to meet procurement needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutics, Chemical, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management within the pharmaceutical or related industries.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Mandarin and Cantonese are an advantage.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP systems.
• Data analysis capabilities.
