Product Designer

About the role

As a Product Designer at Lomography, you will create innovative analogue photography products that resonate with a global community of enthusiasts, artists, and creatives. You will work closely with engineers, marketers, and project managers to ensure designs meet technical and market requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on functionality, aesthetics, user interface, and configuration of new products.
• Prepare project briefings and presentations for products in development.
• Execute cosmetic design, including form, colour, material, and finishing.
• Build virtual and physical models for development and engineering execution.
• Support pre‑production sample testing and review, resolving issues throughout the development process.

Required profile

• Degree or higher in Industrial/Product Design or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of analogue photography and photographic equipment.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, energetic and willing to explore.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.

Required skills

• High proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as SolidWorks, Creo Parametric, Fusion 360, and KeyShot.
• Experience with hand‑crafting prototypes and 3D printing.
