Product Manager – Oncology (Hong Kong & Macau)

About the role

Join MSD in Hong Kong as a Product Manager for Oncology, responsible for driving sustainable business growth and improving outcomes for cancer patients across Hong Kong and Macau. You will shape product vision, strategy, and execution while collaborating with global, regional, and local cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute insight‑driven brand and marketing strategies that balance commercial performance, patient access, and long‑term value creation.
• Manage brand P&L, including sales forecasting, promotional budget planning, and KPI tracking.
• Develop annual brand plans with positioning, tactical priorities, and promotional execution aligned to portfolio strategy.
• Partner with sales to translate strategy into effective field execution, providing tools and training.
• Collaborate with medical, market access, regulatory, supply chain and other stakeholders to deliver integrated brand plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to adjust strategies promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare or a related scientific discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or medical roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
• Proven ability to work effectively across functions and influence without authority.
