Production Manager, Finished Goods

About the role

The Production Manager, Finished Goods will lead the planning and execution of finished‑goods manufacturing for ARC’TERYX in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Production Management, you will work closely with the supply chain team, HQ supply planning, and a network of long‑term vendor partners to ensure on‑time, cost‑effective delivery of products.

Key responsibilities

• Drive partnership with vendor partners to achieve world‑class supply chain performance.
• Support HQ supply planning with S&OP evolution, supply review and change management initiatives.
• Lead system integration and tool development for supply planning.
• Optimize production planning processes to align with strategic business plans and multi‑channel performance.
• Collaborate with vendors and raw‑materials team to ensure efficient production schedules.
• Manage finished‑goods KPIs, analyze supply planning accuracy and trends.
• Produce and refine production and supplier reporting for analytics performance.
• Ensure adherence to negotiated lead times and responsible purchasing policies.
• Coach and develop the production team to meet speed‑to‑market objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production or manufacturing management within a supply‑chain environment.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, S&OP and vendor coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coach staff.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience measuring and improving KPIs.
• Ability to work on‑site in Hong Kong and collaborate with global headquarters.
