Project Executive – 6‑Month Contract (Internship)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Executive to join Chanel’s Boutique Architecture team on a six‑month contract. The role supports early‑stage boutique design and development, focusing on spatial studies, design research and small‑scale assignments within luxury retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare spatial studies, layout options and design concepts for potential boutique sites.
• Research and analyse site data, local context and design precedents.
• Execute small design tasks such as 3D modelling, visualisations, material boards and presentation layouts.
• Document and organise design proposals and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with internal design, merchandising and visual teams to refine ideas.
• Prepare supporting materials for project presentations and team meetings.
• Contribute to the development of design guidelines and reference libraries.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Strong interest in retail design, space planning and design research.
• Fluent in English and able to work in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD.
• Experience using SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
