Project Manager – Data Centre Fitting‑out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the fitting‑out of Data Centre and Server Hall projects. The role combines technical design, procurement, site execution and business development to deliver complete turn‑key solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end fitting‑out activities including design, equipment selection, technical submission, procurement and resource planning.
• Develop and promote total‑solution services such as layout design, cooling solutions and equipment calculations for server racks, in‑row cooling, CRAC units, UPS and PDU.
• Formulate market entry and promotion plans for the Data Centre sector.
• Handle tender bids and related enquiries, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub‑contractors to schedule work, set procedures and meet technical milestones.
• Implement and monitor Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) systems.
• Oversee budget planning, cost control, material and resource allocation to achieve targeted profit.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Recognised university degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven knowledge of Data Centre solutions or system‑integrator business.
• Professional membership in an engineering institution is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
• Strong business acumen, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
