Project Manager – FACTS English LinkedIn Testing

About the role

The FACTS English LinkedIn Test Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of testing projects for Fuweex Software's HR technology solutions. Based in Kowloon City District, this full‑time, on‑site role ensures timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverable schedules.
• Monitor and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including product, development, and operations.
• Communicate progress, status reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Optimize workflows to support accurate and efficient testing processes.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and refine project methodologies.
• Manage logistics for test scheduling, resource allocation, and deliverable inspection.

Required profile

• Proven project management expertise with strong planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Expediting experience to ensure timely movement of tasks and dependencies.
• Inspection capability to verify test outputs, documentation, and compliance.
• Logistics management skills for coordinating schedules, resources, and operational workflows.
• Relevant experience in HR technology, software projects, or testing initiatives is advantageous.
• Analytical, organized, detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and collaborative teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
