Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate multichannel projects across digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential formats. You will build and motivate a high‑performing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain processes for scope management, quality standards, and risk assessment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Structure and manage integrated performance databases for various media channels.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors, researchers, and other third‑party resources.
• Assign and monitor resources to maximize efficiency and deliverables.
• Report project outcomes, risks, and escalations to senior management.
• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with client stakeholders regarding status and changes.

Required profile

• Four or more years of project management experience.
• Experience developing web technologies and software platforms focused on usability.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
• Proven ability to work with all levels of management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
