Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Clear communicator able to manage multiple client relationships.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) across various formats.
• Flexible to work in Hong Kong time zones and act as a reliable go‑to contact.
• Detail‑oriented, able to implement processes under pressure.
• Previous in‑house tech or agency experience is a plus.
• Proactive, team‑oriented, and comfortable asking questions to grow.
