About the role
We are looking for a Quant Specialist to join our retail banking network in Hong Kong. The role combines quantitative support with front‑line transaction processing, ensuring high‑quality service at our Virtual Teller Machines.
Key responsibilities
- Execute accurate and efficient transactions using Virtual Teller Machines (VTM) across branch locations.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain smooth daily operations while adhering to internal control standards and service level requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 1–3 years of experience in bank teller or counter‑service roles (preferred).
- Customer‑focused attitude with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good business sense and awareness of account‑opening and anti‑money‑laundering (AML) procedures (preferred).
- Fluency in Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
