About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions. You will work closely with both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth process from job intake to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments and negotiate offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and keep CRM/ATS records up to date.
  • Achieve placement, revenue and KPI targets.

Required profile

  • Degree in Business, HR, IT or a related field.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in recruitment, sales or a customer‑facing role.
  • Experience in IT recruitment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
