Regional Customer Service Advisor

About the role

As a Regional Customer Service Advisor for Bupa Global, you will assist members across the region by handling enquiries via phone and email. You will guide customers through policy benefits, claims, payments, membership matters and pre‑authorisation requests, ensuring a smooth healthcare experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and service requests related to insurance policies, claims and payments.
• Process pre‑authorisation requests accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, healthcare providers, brokers and internal teams.
• Resolve issues and complaints by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Document all interactions and case activities in the company’s systems.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

Required profile

• Hold, or be eligible to obtain within three months, an Insurance Agent Licence from the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (HKIA) and pass IIQE Papers I and II.
• Fluency in spoken English and Mandarin, or English and Cantonese; strong written English skills.
• Recent graduates or candidates starting their career are encouraged to apply.
