About the role
The Regional Workforce Management Manager will ensure the Workforce Management (WFM) system aligns with business and compliance requirements across the APAC region. This leader will drive labor productivity, optimize staffing levels, and support profitability of retail locations through hands‑on engagement with stores.
Key responsibilities
- Govern APAC WFM configurations, including labor standards, scheduling rules, job structures, and system inputs.
- Act as the regional liaison with P&D, Legal, local markets, APAC leadership, and global stakeholders to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Translate market needs and global standards into practical WFM recommendations and strategy.
- Promote WFM adoption, change management, and field engagement across markets.
- Lead workforce transformation initiatives such as optimized scheduling, KPI programs, process standardisation, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional WFM projects, manage stakeholders, track actions and resolve barriers.
- Monitor WFM KPIs and adoption metrics to improve productivity, cost control, compliance and operational performance.
- Establish regional standards for WFM training, setup and process guidance for local managers.
Required profile
- 4‑8 years of business experience in the retail industry, preferably fashion or apparel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Professional fluency in English and proficiency in an Asian language (Mandarin, Japanese, etc.).
Required skills
- Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems.
