Regulatory Compliance & Safety Officer

About the role

The Regulatory Compliance & Safety Officer will ensure implementation of Air Liquide’s industrial management, quality, safety, health and ESG policies in Hong Kong and Macau. The role involves monitoring staff compliance, conducting audits, and managing product registration and recall processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Group’s industrial management system, quality management system and safety & health policies.
• Conduct internal quality and safety audits, report findings and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training and awareness campaigns on health and safety practices.
• Manage medical product registration, recall management and coordinate accident investigations.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and GMP requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Quality, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Safety Management or related field.
• 2–3 years experience with ISO Quality Management Systems, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience handling medical device/pharmaceutical regulatory, GMP and product recall.
• Certified internal auditor preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong computer skills.
