Relationship Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

As a Relationship Manager for Aura by Hex Trust, you will originate and grow a book of high‑net‑worth (HNW) and family‑office clients on a cutting‑edge digital‑asset platform. You will work closely with senior commercial teams and have direct access to Hex Trust’s full suite of institutional products.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and grow long‑term relationships with HNW clients, family offices, and private‑wealth channels to increase AUM, trading volume and product adoption.
• Cultivate partnerships with distribution partners and intermediaries to drive further AUM growth.
• Lead prospect and client meetings, articulate Hex Trust’s value proposition and capture feedback.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities across trading, structured products and lending solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to attract and activate the client base.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing relationship management with compliance, legal and operations teams.

Required profile

• 5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management or institutional/crypto financial services.
• Proven track record of growing AUM and managing sophisticated private‑client or family‑office accounts.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products; familiarity with digital assets is required.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable and proactive in identifying solutions and opportunities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin or Arabic are highly valued.
