About the role
The New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel is seeking a proactive Reservations Agent to join its front‑office team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling enquiries and managing reservation data to ensure a seamless booking experience. You will collaborate with other hotel departments to keep guest information up‑to‑date and support reporting needs.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to guest enquiries via fax, email and phone in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain and update guest profiles and the reservation database accurately.
- Generate and distribute reservation‑related reports for internal use.
Required profile
- Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
- Service‑oriented attitude with a pleasant personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using hotel reservation systems.
