About the role
The Reservations Agent will be the primary point of contact for guests seeking to book, modify, or cancel their stays at our luxury property. You will ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s Gold Standards and delivers a seamless, personalized experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
- Answer enquiries about property facilities, services, and room accommodations.
- Maintain service standards in line with the hotel’s brand values.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are fulfilled.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Relevant experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
- Passionate and service‑oriented attitude.
- Strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
