Reservations Sales Agent

About the role

The Reservations Sales Agent joins the Reservations team at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, handling all guest booking enquiries across phone, email, online chat and third‑party platforms. The role focuses on converting enquiries into confirmed sales to support the hotel’s revenue targets while delivering the brand’s legendary service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process room reservation requests via phone, email, online chat and booking platforms.
• Enter reservation data accurately into the Property Management System (PMS) following the operational manual.
• Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, front‑office and other departments regarding reservation details.
• Prepare and distribute reservation‑related reports and correspondence.
• Organise group bookings and coordinate related documentation.
• Upsell hotel services such as restaurant tables, spa treatments and fitness offers.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
