Retail Trainer (Hong Kong)

About the role

This hands‑on position is responsible for the full training lifecycle for retail teams in Hong Kong and Macau. You will adapt global training concepts to the local market, deliver engaging learning experiences, and support the company’s ambition to raise customer‑experience standards across its luxury eyewear brands.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and localise global training materials to match Hong Kong retail environment and customer expectations.
• Develop training content covering product knowledge, sales excellence, customer service and retail operations.
• Create facilitator guides, role‑play exercises, coaching tools and other learning assets.
• Deliver classroom, workshop and on‑the‑job training for store teams and management.
• Support new product launches, sales capability programmes and customer‑experience initiatives.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Store Management and Regional Training teams.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Monitor training effectiveness through observations, feedback and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail training experience in a consumer‑facing environment.
• Proven track record in both training delivery and content development.
• Experience supporting frontline teams in luxury, fashion, beauty or premium retail is highly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience designing and facilitating training programmes independently.
• Strong knowledge of local consumer behaviour and service culture.
• Commercial mindset with ability to link training initiatives to business performance.
