Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

Quince is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support its fast‑growing sales and marketing teams. You will own the HubSpot platform, ensure data integrity, and help scale lead generation as the company continues its hyper‑growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities

• Own and administer HubSpot across sales and marketing functions.
• Onboard and train new sales team members on HubSpot usage.
• Build and optimise workflows, automations, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and reporting.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene, accuracy, and operational integrity.
• Design and launch landing pages for campaigns, outbound initiatives, trade shows, partnerships, and new business verticals.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing contractors to test and iterate on messaging, CTAs, and lead flows.
• Support lead generation through forms, email nurture flows, and tracking implementations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes in a high‑growth environment.
• Ability to train and enable team members on technology tools.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on data quality.
