Room Attendant

About the role

The Room Attendant (Guest Environment Expert) ensures that every guest experiences the signature “Gold Standards” of The Ritz‑Carlton. Working in the International Commerce Centre, you will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, contributing to a memorable and luxurious stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, making beds, replenishing amenities and ensuring all surfaces meet brand standards.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and service areas in a pristine condition.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, deliver items, and restock housekeeping carts.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Handle objects up to 50 lb without assistance, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Uphold uniform standards, professional appearance and clear communication with guests and team members.

• Ability to stand, walk and perform physical tasks for long periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.
• Professional demeanor, reliable attendance and strong teamwork orientation.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written procedures.
