About the role

Join Samsonite’s retail team as a Sales Associate, representing a world‑leading travel‑goods brand. You will interact directly with customers, helping them find the right luggage and accessories while delivering a consistent, high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal and team sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
• Understand customer needs, maintain relationships, and provide after‑sales support in line with company standards.
• Uphold the Samsonite brand image in the store, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude at all times.

Required profile

• Open to candidates without prior retail experience who are eager to become a Samsonite ambassador.
• Strong commitment to teamwork, enthusiastic and proactive work attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
