About the role

Join the boutique team of Van Cleef & Arpels as a Sales Associate, where you will be the face of the Maison, welcoming visitors and delivering an exceptional client experience in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business by recruiting new clients, nurturing loyalty, and meeting sales targets.
• Educate clients about the brand’s heritage, collections, and sources of inspiration.
• Personalise each interaction, anticipate client needs, and provide after‑sales service and care advice.
• Respond to all visitor inquiries and ensure a seamless boutique experience.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and participate in daily boutique activities.
• Maintain operational excellence by mastering in‑store tools and adhering to commercial policies.
