Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Sales Development Representative to join Kody’s growth team. You will be the first point of contact for potential hospitality and commercial clients, helping to build a robust pipeline for our Account Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target enterprise prospects (hotels, restaurants, commercial properties) through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and personalized email campaigns.
• Engage decision‑makers, uncover operational pain points and qualify leads to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Managers, providing full context for a smooth hand‑off.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, prospects and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collect market feedback to refine value propositions, scripts and target account lists in partnership with Marketing and Product teams.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR or telesales, preferably in B2B SaaS, hospitality technology or commercial automation.
• Hunter mentality with resilience to rejection and a strong drive to meet outreach targets.
• Fluent English and Cantonese or Mandarin, depending on market focus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with outreach tools for cold‑email and call automation.
