Sales Lead – MedTech Joint Replacement

About the role

The Joints Sales Lead will head a high‑performing team of sales and clinical field professionals, driving revenue and market share for joint replacement products across Hong Kong. The role blends strategic account management, clinical support in operating theatres, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver exceptional customer service and compliant commercial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a sales and clinical field team, setting clear objectives and reviewing performance regularly.
• Create and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue, volume and market‑share targets.
• Build strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, operating‑theatre staff, hospital procurement and key opinion leaders.
• Provide clinical support during pre‑op planning and in the operating theatre, including device selection and technique guidance.
• Identify new business opportunities, manage contract negotiations, tender participation and pricing discussions.
• Coordinate with marketing, education and supply‑chain teams to deliver surgeon training, workshops and product launches.
• Accurately forecast sales, manage the pipeline and report performance metrics while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
