Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across Hong Kong and Macau. The role focuses on both B2B and B2C markets within the IT/ICT sector, overseeing the full sales cycle from planning to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve revenue and profit targets in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Develop and execute business plans and growth strategies for B2B and B2C markets.
• Manage sales forecasting, product portfolio, pricing, and inventory planning.
• Strengthen relationships with distributors, channel partners, key accounts, and corporate customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and business performance to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in the IT/ICT industry.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering business growth.
• Experience in distributor/channel management and corporate account development.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Established network with IT distributors, resellers, system integrators, or corporate customers is an advantage.
