Sales Representative – Beer Division

About the role

Jebsen Beer is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to manage its portfolio of beer brands, including the flagship Blue Girl Beer. You will act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, driving growth and strengthening relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Handle assigned accounts in the Beer Division and serve as the main point of contact.
• Develop high‑volume outlets, improve value per outlet (VPO), and activate sales at the customer level.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business.
• Achieve volume and revenue targets set for the division.
• Support promotional activities and brand activation initiatives.
• Manage customer account receivables and ensure timely collections.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year sales experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Educational qualification of F.5 / DSE or higher.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proactive, aggressive, and self‑motivated attitude.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Word.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
