Sales Specialist – Hong Kong

About the role

QIAGEN is looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive growth in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while building strong relationships with key customers in the life‑science and diagnostics sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass assigned sales revenue targets.
• Develop tactical plans with other specialists to maximize market penetration.
• Plan, forecast, and track business performance against KPIs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Promote focus areas through seminars, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key customers and references.
• Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to capture data and improve customer interactions.
• Organize meetings and communication channels across business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Track record of meeting sales targets.
• Knowledge of molecular biology markets (research, academia, diagnostics, life science).
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
