Senior Account Management Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Management Executive to join foodpanda’s Commercial Department in Hong Kong. You will be the main liaison for partner restaurants, driving portfolio growth and ensuring smooth delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with partner restaurants.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio management, handling high‑severity requests and issue escalations.
• Activate and manage services such as compliance performance, promotional deals and online marketing packages to boost revenue.
• Achieve targets for account retention, development and maintenance.
• Continuously assess partner operations and ensure seamless service flow throughout the delivery process.
• Collaborate with Content, Sales and Marketing teams for lead generation, content management and vendor services.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in operational sales or account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Performance‑driven, confident, friendly with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to build trust‑based long‑term relationships with restaurant partners.
• Good knowledge of online marketing concepts and interest in the restaurant industry.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
