Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives for our portfolio of brands. You will shape strategy from concept through execution, own performance reporting and ensure client satisfaction across social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver end‑to‑end digital marketing solutions, from idea generation to execution and evaluation.
• Manage clients’ social media presence, including content strategy, editorial calendar, community management and paid‑media optimisation.
• Prepare reports and dashboards, extract insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on projects such as video production, KOL outreach, website and AR development.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of account service experience in advertising, media or marketing, preferably with digital solutions.
• Hands‑on knowledge of key social platforms (Facebook, Instagram; YouTube and LinkedIn a plus).
• Strong client‑facing skills, able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, practical mindset with the ability to match client needs to digital offerings.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
