Senior AI‑Native Engineer (DevOps)

About the role

As a Senior AI‑Native Engineer at Palo‑IT you will lead the development of complex, AI‑augmented features while guiding the team on technical decisions and AI‑assisted practices. You will work closely with Tech Leads, Architects and cross‑functional groups to deliver scalable, high‑performance solutions using the company’s Gen‑E2 methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑stack development using AI‑augmented practices.
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews and AI‑assisted analysis.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI enhancements in applications and troubleshoot issues with AI tools.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of software development experience with a strong focus on scalable, reliable and secure applications.
• Proficiency in using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and prompt‑engineering principles.
• Ability to validate and verify AI‑generated code, handling hallucinations and ensuring quality.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and mentorship skills; Cantonese or Mandarin a plus.
