Senior Analyst, Data & AI Enablement

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Data & AI Enablement will act as the primary liaison between the APAC Real Estate business and the Real Estate Technology organisation at Invesco. You will identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and decision‑making through data, analytics and emerging AI capabilities. The role combines business analysis, data stewardship, analytics enablement and AI opportunity assessment in a fast‑moving, data‑driven investment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with APAC Real Estate stakeholders, gather requirements and translate them into data, technology and AI solutions.
• Define KPI requirements, support development of business intelligence and self‑service reporting, and promote enterprise data‑governance standards.
• Identify and evaluate AI use cases, prepare business cases and partner with engineering teams to deliver responsible AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting or technology delivery.
• Proven ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders and to document requirements and process flows.
• Experience in real‑estate investment management, private markets or asset management is preferred.
