Senior Associate, FX Investor Sales

About the role

The Senior Associate, FX Investor Sales will manage and grow relationships with institutional investor clients across Hong Kong and Greater China. This client‑facing position covers the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal execution and ongoing relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with institutional investors, identifying opportunities to increase wallet share and revenue.
• Provide FX flow and derivative solutions, collaborating with Trading and product partners to deliver market‑leading outcomes.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, pricing discussions and deal execution.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, Research, Capital Markets and Trading teams to identify cross‑sell opportunities and deliver holistic client solutions.
• Meet regularly with clients to discuss market developments, investment themes and trading opportunities while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Investor Sales covering FX products and institutional client coverage.
• Established network and relationships with Hong Kong and Chinese institutional investors.
• Proven business development and relationship management abilities with a track record of originating revenue‑generating opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, engaging senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of FX products, including flow, non‑flow and options.
• Familiarity with electronic trading platforms.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements, governance frameworks and conduct standards in financial markets.
